Snap Kitchen is a prepared meal delivery service that simplifies mealtime with delicious food that fits customers’ nutritional needs and busy schedules. The challenge was to create an experience connecting to the larger brand ecosystem and cover weekly subscriptions, rotating menus, and multiple purchase options.
Working closely with the client and development team, we built a robust experience optimized for mobile while focusing on the experience principle of “food first”. Using the BigCommerce platform, we streamlined filters and food categories designed by registered dietitians, guided customers to meals that best fit their lifestyle, and routed them through the purchase funnel in one seamless UX flow.
