To increase bookings, Radisson needed to modernize its approach to the booking process across its multiple brands. The solution was an experience that included localized, value-added content and virtualized mobile concierges, so users could explore their surroundings, manage their booking, and order services. The scalable design utilized module and flexible design components in order to fit the needs of each of Radisson’s 900+ locations.
